Privacy notice

What we collect and why

Your name, email, mobile number, agency and your production goal, activity and pipeline — only what is needed to coach you. Details of your prospects and clients that you choose to enter (name, stage, potential FYP, next action and optional notes) so the coach can plan your follow-ups.

How it is protected

Data is stored in Singapore (Supabase, ap-southeast-1). Access rules in the database restrict every record to you. Prospect mobile numbers and notes are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. Changes to goals, roles and WhatsApp consent are written to an audit log.

AI processing

To write coaching messages and understand your updates, a minimised summary of your numbers and prospects (first names, stages, amounts, dates — never mobile numbers) is sent to the AI provider configured for the service (OpenAI or Anthropic). Under their API terms this data is not used to train their models. You can stop the AI reading prospect notes in Settings.

WhatsApp

We message only the number you link and confirm yourself, only after you consent, and only about your own coaching. We never message your clients. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

Leaders and agencies

If your agency joins, authorised leaders see your performance metrics only. Client-level information is never shown to a leader unless you grant it, and you can revoke that at any time.

Your rights

Download all your data (Settings → Privacy → Download) and delete your account permanently (Settings → Privacy → Delete). Raw WhatsApp message payloads are kept for at most 90 days.
