Terms of service

Juara Coach (juaracoach.com) is operated by Vision Group (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("we", "us"). It is a coaching app for insurance agents. It tracks your activity, cases and premiums, and an AI coach suggests what to do next by message, in the app and on WhatsApp. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

You must be 18 or older and a licensed insurance agent or financial adviser. During early access, sign-up is by invitation only.

Keep your sign-in email secure, and give us accurate details. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@juaracoach.com if you think someone else has used it.

Only enter information about prospects and clients that you are allowed to hold and use under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and your insurer's rules. You remain responsible for how you contact your clients. Juara Coach never contacts them for you.

The coach's suggestions, scripts and forecasts are guidance to help you plan your work. They are not financial, legal or compliance advice. Always follow your insurer's and regulator's requirements when advising clients. Figures and forecasts depend on what you enter and may not match official records. Your insurer and MDRT decide whether you qualify for MDRT, COT or TOT.

If you link WhatsApp, you agree to receive coaching messages and reminders from Juara Coach on that number. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.

Do not misuse the service. This includes trying to access other people's data, overloading the system, reselling access, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Juara Coach is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, and you can choose whether to continue.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy & data. We may close accounts that break these terms. Where possible, we will warn you first.

We work hard to keep the service accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost sales or commission, or decisions you make based on the coach's suggestions.

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above and tell you in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
